easygo is a delivery route planner. This policy explains what information the app handles and where it goes. The short version: your route data lives on your phone, we don't run accounts, we don't show ads, and we never sell data.
Your routes — stops, addresses, notes, delivery statuses, proof-of-delivery photos, and signatures — are stored only on your device. We have no server that receives or stores this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
With your permission, easygo uses your device location to set the starting point of your route and to show your position on the map. When you optimize a route or search an address, stop coordinates and search text are sent to routing and geocoding services (OSRM, Komoot Photon, OpenStreetMap Nominatim, and the US Census Bureau geocoder) to compute results. These requests are transient — we do not store your location, and no account or personal identifier accompanies them.
With your permission, easygo uses the camera to scan shipping labels and QR codes. Text recognition runs entirely on your device. Label images are not uploaded anywhere.
easygo Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your payment details. To know whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes your purchase history and an anonymous device identifier on our behalf. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. This information is not linked to your name or contact details and is not used for advertising or tracking.
If you configure and use the optional route-sync feature, your route data is sent to the sync server you choose. This feature is off unless you set it up.
No advertising, no analytics profiles, no selling or renting of data, no tracking across other apps or websites.
easygo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
